ABOUT ME
I’m a seasoned content and social media strategist with 8+ years of experience leading digital engagement and brand growth for mission-driven organizations. With a Master’s in Advertising from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, I bring a deep understanding of strategic storytelling, data-informed content, and platform-specific strategy.
I’ve led social media for national and global brands, developed executive communications strategies, and launched campaigns that drive measurable impact, from increasing engagement rates by over 50% to reaching hundreds of thousands with digital storytelling. My expertise lies in translating complex, technical ideas into compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to equity, education, and empowerment. I’m especially passionate about supporting nonprofits and initiatives that champion equity, sustainability, and wellness. I believe in the power of digital media to elevate voices, shift narratives, and create lasting change.
EXPERIENCE
I bring 8+ years of experience in social media and content strategy, having developed and led integrated digital campaigns for national brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Dell, and Lighter Blue. My work bridges the gap between complex subject matter and compelling storytelling that drives measurable growth and engagement.
Currently, I lead global organic social media strategy at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), managing a following of 500k+ across platforms. In this role, I collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns for product launches, events, and sustainability initiatives—including the LEED v5 product launch and Iconic Buildings campaign. I also manage regional marketing teams, oversee editorial calendars, and conduct performance audits to guide executive-level strategy.
Beyond corporate strategy, I’m passionate about supporting nonprofit organizations that advocate for inclusion, education, and equity. In the past, I have served as the Manager of Social Media Strategy and Content for the Association for Women in Events and B-STEM Project, two nonprofits dedicated to advancing women and young girls in STEM. My work helps these organizations grow their reach, sharpen their brand voice, and build stronger digital communities.
At the core of my work is a mission: to help purpose-driven brands communicate clearly, grow authentically, and make a meaningful impact through thoughtful content and strategy. The digital space and social media are constantly changing, and it can be difficult for small start-ups and nonprofits, with limited resources, to navigate ever-changing algorithms. With a strong attention to detail, and a curiosity to always figure out the best, and most innovative ways use to platforms for marketing and branding purposes, I create solutions to for reaching digital branding and social media goals.
